IT Coordinator & Business Systems Analyst
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical knowledge and analytical capabilities, with 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, business systems analysis, or network management. This individual will act as the primary internal liaison for all IT service matters—overseeing escalations, coordinating with technology partners, and ensuring system reliability, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Systems Analysis & Application Oversight
- Design, implement, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Manage user access control, backups, disaster recovery, and database performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
- Analyze business processes and recommend systems improvements.
IT Coordination & Infrastructure Oversight
- Serve as the internal point of contact for all IT-related activities.
- Coordinate escalations, projects, and system monitoring with a managed service providers.
- Ensure service providers meet SLAs and provide timely support.
- Support on-site networking infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, VPNs).
- Assist with server infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Monitor and support cybersecurity tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT coordination, business analysis, or infrastructure support.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs.
- Experience with system security, access controls, and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Work Schedule & Travel Expectations
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
- Primary support location is Avilla, IN.
- Occasional travel to Champaign, IL and Waupaca, WI, including overnight stays.
- Support for remote employees and after-hours maintenance may be required as needed.
