The foundry divisions of Wirco Incorporated have a variety of modern induction and arc-melting furnaces. Wirco operates nine Inductotherm® induction melting systems ranging in size from 600 to 3000 lbs. Large melt operations are conducted in our 5000 and 2000 lbs. electric arc furnaces.
We proudly have a combined melt capacity of 16,000 lbs. per hour of simultaneous melt operation. With so many furnaces available, Wirco’s thermal processing clients have come to rely on Wirco’s industry-leading melt capacity to keep lead time low and quality high.
