Position: Account Manager, Wirco Incorporated
Company: Wirco Incorporated is a third generation family owned business specializing in casting and fabrication of high temperature stainless steel tooling and maintenance parts for use in industrial furnaces and ovens. Wirco has a 70 year history servicing clients in the automotive, steel, aerospace, oilfield and mining sectors.
Reports: Account Manager reports to the Sales Manager for all job functions. From time to time the Vice President Sales will review job pricing and strategy on a case by case basis.
Duties: Work with customers, outside sales representatives, and production staff to coordinate the creation of new designs, reverse engineered products, and accurate cost estimations for use in sales quotations. Preparation of sales quotations will require the buildup of bill-of materials in additional to labor requirements. Daily operational use of Salesforce.com and Visual ERP for all sales and quote preparation activities.
Capability Requirements: Basic Math and Geometry Skills, ability to read and understand production drawings, training in AutoCad 2D and Solid Works 3D modeling is an advantage but not required, must possess good communication and writing skills, operational knowledge of Microsoft Office products. B.S. degree or four years job experience in a related Technology or Engineering position.
